Meet Darlene.
Darlene Sears is the owner of DTS Consulting Services. She has been working in the property management industry since 1992. During her time working in the industry she has successfully implemented property management/accounting software, provided lease administration for commercial properties and managed accounting departments. Since becoming a property management software consultant in 1998; Darlene has worked primarily with Yardi Software Systems located in Santa Barbara becoming a third party approved consultant on their website. Darlene has assisted more than 200 firms with needs analysis, software selection, technical support, software implementation, report writing, business process review consulting and accounting needs.
Darlene started her own firm in order to provide her clients with the personal service that every client deserves. She personally works with each client and prides herself on her ability to quickly respond to client’s needs and ensure every client is satisfied with her work. She works hard to stay in touch to ensure each client’s changing needs are met quickly and efficiently. Darlene prides herself on her customer focus and attention to detail.
